Seller is fair and professional. It was my mistake in the beginning and the item was sent to my old address. Lots of email string between me and the seller because the item doesn't have a tracking number to locate the package. However, the seller is very kind to send me a new one with tracking number at this time. I don't have the item yet but I gave this seller a 5 stars for the hard work and effort to resolve the issue. I will come back again. Thank you!
